Head of Engineering (Industrial Infrastructure)

Overview:
We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead large-scale industrial infrastructure projects across sectors such as energy, utilities, and manufacturing. This senior role oversees multidisciplinary engineering teams, drives technical strategy, ensures project delivery, and upholds safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects
Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams
Oversee CAPEX budgets and ensure cost-efficient project execution
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
10–15 years’ experience in industrial infrastructure, with 5+ in leadership
Proven experience managing large engineering programs and teams
Strong understanding of utilities, plant systems, or heavy industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Sectors:
Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Logistics, Water, or Transportation Infrastructure
