About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural design, analysis, and integrity assessments of infrastructure projects across industrial and data center environments. This role combines technical depth with project leadership, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact builds that support mission-critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead structural design and analysis for new construction, retrofits, and heavy infrastructure projects
Oversee project delivery, from concept design to final documentation and construction support
Conduct load calculations, seismic and wind analysis, and material assessments (steel, concrete, timber)
Coordinate closely with architects, MEP, and civil teams for integrated designs
Review and approve detailed drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and designers
Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with plans and safety regulations
Ensure all deliverables meet relevant codes (e.g., Eurocode, BS, ACI, IBC) and client expectations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Professional Engineering (PE or equivalent) license strongly preferred
8+ years of experience in structural design and engineering in industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects
Proficient in structural analysis tools (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, or similar)
Strong working knowledge of international design standards and local codes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships
Preferred Experience
Structural support for data centers, factories, or energy infrastructure
Experience with modular or prefabricated structures
Exposure to BIM processes and Revit workflows
Familiarity with construction documentation and field engineering
